The project involved identifying and eliminating approximately 1.6 million duplicate Lead and Activity Records within the Salesforce system.

Reduced data accuracy and reliability impacting sales and marketing decision-making processes.
Potential customer dissatisfaction and confusion stemming from duplicate communications and interactions.

Implemented CI/CD pipelines and version control across Salesforce orgs (sandboxes/production), ensuring developers had secure backups of code and enabling independent feature development without dependencies.
Introduced automated change tracking and code review processes, facilitating rapid identification of developer contributions and ensuring code quality through tools like PMD integrated with Bitbucket.
Enhanced collaboration and streamlined development and deployment workflows, resulting in improved efficiency, reduced deployment risks, and strengthened security measures throughout the development lifecycle.
